Yesterday we bottled a new Cellar Series beer, a sibling to Nedward you can say. It's a darker sour beer which we've aged in barrels for nine months and then further two months with organic sour cherries. Expect medium/high acidity, big fruit flavor and all of the complexity that wood-ageing brings. The beer will condition in bottles for a couple of months so look out for it this fall.
This years Elderflower is finally ready to be picked, a little later than in 2016. Last year we did two beers with it, one was Fläder Saison and the other one Rosendals Trädgårdssour, a Berliner Weisse with Rhubarb and Elderflower. This year, depending on how much we get, we're aiming to use the flowers in hopefully two beers and perhaps putting some into barrels as well. We'll be wandering around Vitabergsparken this afternoon so feel free to come and help us with the picking today
