Today Head of Stuff-Tomas is loading the van with goodies including George Brett IPA, Just the Pips, Hallon Sour and Drop Coffee Sour and taking the ferry over to Tallin to take part in the Tallin Craft Beer Weekend.
Meanwhile the brew team are brewing the next edition in the Södermalm IPA series, showcasing a couple more of their favourite hops - this time Citra and Centennial. The beer will be ready just in time for the summer.
Next week, farmhouse brewery Jester King from Texas will come and visit us down in the brewery. We plan to brew a rustic Swedish farmhouse ale together using a blend of our house cultures and then age it in oak barrels. We're so excited to collaborate with this amazing brewery!
The brewpub will be closed this week and the week after but open again on the 19th May for a big book release and sale with Natur & Kultur. At least three of their chefs and writers will be in attendence with servings of food from their books for you to try. So come and join us for books, beer and food on the 19th of May.
