Last week our friend Jens Skrubbe celebrated 15 years at Pressklubben. For that special occasion we brewed a thirst-quenching Blonde together with him. Belgian yeast accompanied with modern and more fruity hops turned out to be a lovely pairing and we're planning to this one again.
The Saison we did with Klackabacken in December has gotten some Brettanomyces yeast and organic apple must and is now on oak barrels developing some more complexity and funk. Can't wait to taste it when it's ready!
Meanwhile we're updating our homepage, taking some new pictures and working on a new layout.
We open the doors to the Brewpub again on the 3rd of February and we will publish a list on FB for upcoming brewpub dates for the whole spring/summer season. The plan is to have open every Friday except for holidays and when we're away on festivals.
