We hope you all had a dashing New Years Eve and that you didn't promise anything you can't keep.
We're back on track, working with inventories and brewing core beers to fill up the stock. Our hard working brewers did also manage to squeeze in an extra brew last week, a single hop Simcoe IPA. We wanted to brew a nice pale, piney and dank IPA, kind of like a tribute to this great but sometimes under appreciated American hops variety. And also we're getting a bit tired of drinking strong and dark winter beers. Why wait until summer when we can have a light and crisp IPA in January? The beer will be ready until Nöjesguidens Ölmässa 2017, 27-28/1 at the Nordic Light Hotel in Stockholm.
Another new beer which we hope to take with us to Nöjesguidens ölmässa is new Cellar Series beer Flanders red with Raspberries. It's a Belgian style sour Flemish red which has been aged on oak barrels for a year and then aged for further three months with organic raspberries.
The brewpub is taking a break in January but will probably be back next month. More info about that coming up here and on Instagram.
Have a good start of the year!
